Naomi Frisch is an attorney at CTM Legal Group. Naomi joined the firm in 2019 and primarily focuses on Labor and Employment Law. Naomi represents clients in matters relating to employment discrimination and retaliation, violations of leave acts, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, grievance and arbitration, and other matters relating to the workplace.

Prior to joining CTM Legal Group, Naomi was a Plaintiff’s employment attorney, representing individuals and class members in disputes against employers, and worked in the office Special Master appointed to monitor hiring at the State of Illinois under the Shakman decree. During law school, Naomi was a PILI Intern in the Immigrant and Workers’ Rights Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago, interned at the EEOC, and worked for a Union-side Labor Law firm. Prior to law school, Naomi enjoyed a career as a professional musician, and is still a proud member of the American Federation of Musicians, Local 10- 208.

Naomi earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Northwestern University and a Masters’ Degree in Music from DePaul University before attending law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude with certificates in Labor & Employment Law and Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution. Naomi is also certified as a mediator by the Chicago Center for Conflict Resolution.

Naomi is a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers’ Association
