Mark Arnecilla joined the CTM Legal Group as Of Counsel in 2014. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2007. Mark works on immigration, probate, landlord-tenant, and consumer transactions. He was admitted to the Bar Association in 2007.
Mark is experienced in all areas of the immigration and naturalization process. In addition to assisting individuals, Mark works with business clients to ensure these clients are able to effectively navigate the complex web of international employee movement.
He also volunteers his services to the Chicago Legal Clinic and is an adjunct professor at Harold Washington College. Mark is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
