Rohail Salman is an associate attorney at CTM Legal Group. Mr. Salman practices civil litigation in the areas of consumer protection and landlord-tenant rights. He has experience representing both tenants and landlords in Illinois. Mr. Salman has successfully litigated on behalf of his clients through various legal proceedings.
Additionally, Mr. Salman has assisted clients in contract disputes, insurance disputes and personal injury matters. Mr. Salman has successfully negotiated settlements between parties. Further, Mr. Salman has represented numerous clients in debt collection defense cases. Prior to joining CTM Legal Group, he focused on False Claims Act litigation and plaintiff's side Employment Law.
Mr. Salman is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. In 2020, he earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law. While at UIC, he was a member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. During law school, he gained experience in civil rights, tenants' rights and immigration law working at the ACLU of Illinois, Beyond Legal Aid, and International Legal & Business Services Group, respectively. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from DePaul University.
Mr. Salman is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
