Joe Albertz joined CTM Legal Group in 2025. His practice primarily focuses on estate planning and probate administration, where he provides thoughtful and comprehensive strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. His previous experience includes drafting and implementing sophisticated estate and tax planning solutions for high-net-worth clients. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Butler University in 2020 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2023.
While in law school, Joe served as a Student Attorney in the UIC Fair Housing Legal Clinic, where he collaborated with attorneys to find solutions for low-income clients facing housing discrimination issues. He was also actively involved with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Council, participating in law school mediation competitions around the country.
He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
