CTM Legal Group welcomes Tom Gallagher, whose background in legal ethics, professional responsibility, and appellate work supports the firm's Corporate Litigation and Advisory practice.

Tom was born and raised in Chicago's northwest suburbs and spent nearly a decade working in the office of general counsel at a national law firm, where he focused on legal ethics and professional responsibility. He studied political science, international studies, and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before earning his Juris Doctor through the University of Illinois–Chicago's evening program. While in law school, Tom completed externships with the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Illinois State Appellate Prosecutor's Office and graduated as the Spring 2025 Valedictorian.

CTM Legal Group's Corporate Litigation practice represents businesses in complex disputes, regulatory matters, and internal investigations. Tom's experience adds additional capacity in appellate analysis, compliance, and risk management for the firm's business clients.
